Craftsmen Waits on Inspections, Licenses

The interior at Craftsmen Kitchen & Tap House looks complete, but the team says the restaurant is still waiting on final inspections and liquor license approval before it can open.

Though they planned to open before Valentine's Day,a restaurant representative says they haven't set an official opening date yet. The 48-tap restaurant initially said they would open in October, but faced delays with construction. Craftsmen previews their culinary offerings on March 2 at their sold-out Wine and Food Dinner Festival with Dogfish Head Brewery.
