City Paper has the scoop on Swig & Swine, a new barbecue place coming to West Ashley. Chef Anthony DiBernardo and Steve Kish (owner of 82 Queen and Lowcountry Bistro) plan to move in next to Southern favorite The Glass Onion and offer smoked meats "as close to made-to-order as possible."
