Start lining up at 76 Queen Street now, because the bar at Southern comfort place Husk is serving fried chicken. When the restaurant first opened, they took reservations for the yardbird, but then it dropped off. Chef Sean Brock has previously stated he wouldn't serve any drummettes before their time.
Brock let Eater Nashville in on the secret of his new dish. He called the recipe "a hybrid of 5 or 6 different types of chicken: gas station, honky tonk, Colonel Sanders, Husk five fat, hot chicken and buffalo wings."
