The title of the review, "Southern Season's full-service restaurant Southerly is pleasant enough," says it all. City Paper writer Robert Moss doesn't find anything overtly wrong with the food at the Mount Pleasant eatery, but he also sounds a little "meh" about it. He closes with, "it seems a very Presbyterian sort of paradise to me: pleasant, prosperous, and elegant, but not at all likely to raise one's passions very high." [CP]
