Say Hello to Vincent Chicco's (Hutson Street Project)

Remember the Hutson Street project Eater was poking around, back in August? Speculation held that the construction site was to become a steakhouse and Italian spot with several bars. And, now, it appears the restaurant has a name.

Instead of asking us about the cavernous warehouse undertaking, you can say, "What's going on at Vincent Chicco's?" Eater still doesn't know for sure, but there's a proposed sign, with the moniker, up for vote at the Board of Architectural Review. History fact: according to a College of Charleston undergraduate review, Vincent Chicco was "king of the blind tigers" in the Lowcountry during prohibition.
