Eater Montreal covers the current "Chefs for Seals" controversy concerning Husk/McCrady's chef Sean Brock. The organization sought the support of kitchens across the country to boycott Canadian seafood because of current policies surrounding seal hunting. Brock was in, but now he's out. [-EM-]
