Get excited—it's time for another GIFtender. Mick Matricciano from oyster emporium The Ordinary joins us today to mix up a cocktail of his choosing.
Matricciano decided on something a little bubbly for his GIF. "The Tracy" is named for chef de cuisine Geoff Rhyne's mother. Rhyne came to the bartenders one day with a heap of local muscadines and asked if they could make a libation from the grapes. Thus, the idea for "The Tracy" was born. In the glass, muscadine syrup, Banks rum, sparkling wine and lemon come together to build the fizzy wonder.
