Instead of videos starring bartenders, Eater decided a few GIFs might be more fun. The Lowcountry ranked fourth for "Drunkest Town"—therefore, the presentation is kept short, and residents can go back to imbibing.
In today's GIF, The Gin Joint bar manager, Jared Lane, mixes up the watering hole's most requested cocktail, the Ladykiller. Beefeater Gin, Laird's Bonded Apple Brandy, St. Germain, Anjou pear, ginger honey, lemon and Peychaud's Bitters combine to create this rose-hued beverage. A smack of mint rounds it out. Lane has an entire list of new libations for the fall, so there's certain to be something to tempt everyone's taste buds.
