HJsmr150.jpgCity Paper's Eric Doksa talked with Two Boroughs Larder chef Josh Keeler about the restaurant's humble beginnings, the infamous TBL burger and the Cook It Raw event happening this week. Doksa asked Keeler if he was ready for the deluge of culinary stars, from CIR, at his eatery, to which he responded,"'Sean [Brock] brings people in here all the time, and he doesn't even give me a heads up,' he says, laughing, 'but I'm always prepared to make the visit memorable for everyone.'"
