Bay Street Biergarten's chef, Jason Walker, hinted at some menu items during his interview, but, today, hungry fans of German food can gander at the full list of fare at the forthcoming restaurant. Keeping with the theme of "Bavarian Inspired, Southern Made," the items reflect a bit of both cuisines. From beer boiled peanuts to Wiener Schnitzel, there's plenty of plates to soak up all the craft beer selections at the eatery.
