There hasn't been much news from upcoming Irish pub Egan & Sons, but according to general manager Christopher Filan, the restaurant should open before the end of the month. Filan also told Eater that Kyle Yarbrough, formerly of French bistro La Fourchette, will be the executive chef at Egan's. Perhaps he will bring his highly lauded pommes frites double-fried in duck fat with him. Look for a peek at the menu and interior shots next week, when Filan allows a look around the tavern.
