Food Craze Ramen Burger in Charleston

First conceived by New York chef/blogger Keizo Shimamoto, the ramen burger rocked the Brooklyn flea food market Smorgasburg this summer. (Yes, instead of a bun, there was a heap of bound noodles.) Hungry hipsters would line up early in the day for a chance to try the limited delicacy.

Now, the Asian staple and ground beef combo makes its way to Charleston. For a limited time, between 9:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. this evening, pan-Asian restaurant CO will offer their version of the culinary mashup. If you miss the ramen burger tonight, word is they might be offered again next week.
