King Street Watch: Indigo Road Brings Italian to the Mix

New, 3 comments

Say "ciao" to Indaco, the Italian restaurant that Steve Palmer and restaurant group Indigo Road are rolling out on Upper King. City Paper's Stephanie Barna got the details from Palmer, who already operates King Street giants The Macintosh with Jeremiah Bacon, Cocktail Club and O-Ku.

Expect Indaco's menu to feature "Italian rustic" food and beer, and a 2013 opening. To answer the question that everyone is likely asking about the increasingly-crowded dining district, Palmer said, "Yes, I am worried about saturation. I'm always worried about saturation."
