Craftsmen Kitchen & Tap House is the delayed-but-anticipated brew-centric bar and restaurant that's coming to downtown...sometime. The latest news is from their PR team is they're trying to get the 48 taps flowing by mid-February.
There's a preview of the menu and a look at the space over on City Paper, including a look at the Pale Room, where only IPAs will be poured. As for the food, the offerings will be split between "bar classics" and "daily specials with entrees, soups, salads, a meat dish, a fish dish, and a skillet dish." Beer lovers, it looks like the wait won't be much longer now.
