Brown's Court Bakery Heating Up

Brown's Court Bakery, stashed slightly out of the way in the old Hope & Union building, is suddenly everywhere. Holy City Sinner checked out their sriracha croissants, and was pleased with the results. "The bread was buttery and warm and had a little bit of sriracha cooked into it. This adds just the slightest bit of heat to the pastry and somehow it works.

City Paper's Stephanie Barna approved of the carb-y goodness done by owner Dave Schnell and co. as well. "The boxes in the window hold glorious little discoveries like a Pluff Mud Porter Pretzel roll. Say what?!"
