Bourdain: Brock 'Probably the Most Prominent Chef of the New South'

Sean Brock made a star appearance on the Travel Channel show The Layover. The episode was about Atlanta, but Anthony Bourdain declared Charleston's own Brock to be "probably the most prominent chef of the New South" while they were dining at Holeman & Finch in Buckhead. Bourdain hammered home the point of Southern domination by adding, "the future of American dining, the next thing, is probably happening South of the Mason-Dixon. It's been happening for a while, but it's only going to get bigger and bigger."
