Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is Open, Shaking Up Margaritas

"Come squeeze our limes," the sign outside Mex 1 Coastal Cantina beckons. Jack's Cosmic Dogs in West Ashley is just a memory, and in its place is a So-Cal, surfer-influenced joint that's now serving fish tacos, quesadillas, margaritas, rum drinks and anything else chef and menu-creator Donald Barickman (formerly of Magnolias and Cypress) dreams up. According to Facebook, they are open from 11am to 12am daily.
