City Paper's Eric Doksa thought Purée Organic Café in Mt. Pleasant would be akin to his "own personal hell," but he discovered they're serving more than just baby food, including salads, juices and vegan cookies. Most importantly, he clears up this Lowcountry culinary mystery: "...not everything served at Purée comes into contact with a blender or food processor, and while the food may not be for everyone, it's surprisingly good."
