The obsessions of Husk's Sean Brock are being meticulously documented by artist and Notes From a Kitchen visionary Jeff Scott. Another video in the series was launched this morning, detailing Brock's fixation on Pappy Van Winkle whiskey ("It's a beautiful, beautiful thing,") and the evolution of his relationship with Pappy's grandson. It might not be as introspective as the previous installments, but the quotes are classic Brock: "My dream is for you guys to adopt me, so I can call myself Sean Van Winkle."
