The folks at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina have yet to pick a chef for their new restaurant, but the concept was announced at today’s groundbreaking ceremony. The to-be-named spot will serve sustainable seafood and "Lowcountry favorites with a modern twist," and will have a rooftop bar. They're hoping to open in April 2013. Any predictions on which chef will take the helm?
