April Bloomfield and Sean Brock are roasting lamb on a spit. Bloomfield, acclaimed chef of NYC's The Spotted Pig, The Breslin, and The John Dory Oyster Bar, will celebrate the release of her new book with an event at Heirloom Book Company.
