Details about Chef Carter's New Place Are Leaking!

We already know some of the facts about Chef Robert Carter's new downtown restaurant. The new place will be located on the corner of Rutledge Ave and Mt. Pleasant Streets, it is slated to be open in Fall 2012, and it's a continuation of his plan to open a casual, neighborhood restaurant concept.

That is all the info that's been confirmed. However, a tipster reports that the restaurant will have a retro 1950's theme and will be one of five new restaurants that Carter plans to open in the next few years. Hmmmmm....we reached out to Carter's team for a confirmation, but they aren't releasing more details just yet. Guess we will have to wait.
