Cru Cafe and Cru Catering are Starting Their Own Gardens

Cru Catering is getting on board the city garden craze by installing raised bed gardens next to their Meeting Street offices. Planting begins next week and once the operation starts producing an ample amount of produce, they plan to provide vegetables to Cru Cafe and Fuel Cantina Charleston. The goal, according to John Zucker, is to "grow organic produce for our kitchens and, if all goes well, eventually rent space to other restaurants as well."
