The Tasting Table's Sous Chef Series profiles Jason Stanhope from FIG. Stanhope began his career in Peru, filling in for the fish cook when he fell ill. Though he spoke no Spanish, he apparently held his own. Turning down a position at No. 9 Park in Boston to come to Charleston, he was swayed by pretty girls and great weather. [Tasting Table]
