Charleston City Paper checks out the renovated Sermet's Downtown and leaves feeling less than thrilled. The dining room has had an upgrade, though not everyone loves the new, more formal vibe, and the food didn't get rave reviews, despite the fact that the prices have increased significantly. Sermet is still the chef, but no longer the owner. Maybe all is not the same without him at the helm. [CCP]
