cherries.jpgFor the second time, Cypress has been chosen to participate in the Rainier Cherries' Tree-To-Table Project. The organization pairs with one restaurant in each state to create a dish made with Rainier Cherries. Chef Craig Deihl is pairing the cherries with house-made coppa along with herb ricotta, arugula and Saba. [NWCherries]
