Over the weekend, Chef Nico Romo of Fish Restaurant had the honor of joining the American and Canadian delegations of l’Académie Culinaire de France.
Already a Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, Romo now joins the Academie Culinaire de France as the youngest member in US history. The academy, founded in 1879, is committed to advancing culinary artistry and has over 1,000 members.
