'Cesca Opens Tomorrow Night

Craving Italian? There's a new kid on the block that promises delicious and authentic Italian cuisine. The old Buccaneer spot on Faber Street opens tomorrow night as 'Cesca. Jason Colon, the chef at 'Cesca, plans to source fresh ingredients locally as often as possible. The menu will be so fresh, in fact, that 'Cesca only has a freezer for their ice cream and the blood orange juice that they are importing from Italy. A sneak peek at the menu shows classics like meatballs, mussels and carpaccio, but most exciting is the crudo selection, offered at $3.95 per piece or $20 for a crudo flight.
