For those seeking something to eat in Charleston at 7 p.m., you are in luck. If you want something to eat after 11 p.m., though, Charleston turns into a ghost town populated only by those stumbling into, or out of, the next bar. The Macintosh saw this hole in the market and set out to fill it with a late-night menu. Available Thursday-Saturday from 11 p.m.-1 a.m. (let's hope this goes over well and expands into a nightly offering), the meal requires no reservations. The salad with young greens and ricotta sounds good, but let's be honest, if you're dining out at midnight you're probably going to go for "The Mac," the 8 oz. house-ground burger with aged cheddar, Neuskies bacon and Pecorino Truffle fries.
