Chef Sean Park, formerly of O-ku, has been named the new Executive Chef of Bambu in Mt. Pleasant.
The official announcement has yet to be made, but shakeups in the kitchen are expected. Wonder if this means that O-ku will finally take his picture and bio off of their website?
