Chef Joe Palma starts as the Executive chef of High Cotton today. After graduating from the College of Charleston, Palma worked on the line at Slightly North of Broad. He moved to DC in 2003 to work for Eric Ripert’s DC eatery, Westend Bistro. Welcome back to Charleston, Chef Palma.
