As of this very evening, any lingering mysteries about new King Street watering hole The Rarebit will be solved. Owner John Adamson said his 1960s dog track-themed bar and restaurant will open tonight, serving drinks and breakfast options, with the full menu available soon.

The bar was lit up last night for a friends and family event, but tonight the real show starts. No word yet on the exact hour they'll start pouring Moscow Mules and making their diner-inspired dishes, but expect an update later in the day.
