The wait is over: Purveyors of Asian comfort food Xiao Bao Biscuit are no longer nomadic. Tomorrow night, the much-anticipated Rutledge Avenue location will open at 6 p.m. to host their first on-site party. Starting Monday night, XBB will begin serving, in the words of their website, "Select dishes from China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam prepared locally & inspired by kick-ass grandmothers everywhere."
