Take a look at the new downtown steakhouse, Burwell's Stone Fire Grill. The restaurant is massive, with a bar and lounge area, a dining room overlooking the kitchen and one on the mezzanine level. Layers of drywall were pulled down to reveal the building's original wood beams from the late 1800s, but new touches were added, like a wine cellar on the first floor. Chef Eric Huff and his team will be working in the exposed kitchen, where they're cooking steak and modern takes on Lowcountry classics on a wood-fired grill.
