Burning the Midnight-ish Oil at Stars Restaurant

The team behind Chef Nathan Thurston's much-awaited Stars Restaurant seems to be working overtime to get the place ready for their still-unknown opening date. Last night, there was a crew in there after 8:00 p.m., and they weren't showing any signs of slowing. With the entire interior lit up, it was possible to get a somewhat better peek of the dining room.
